What You’ll Be Doing:
General Accounting & Close: Lead core accounting activities such as month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting to keep our books accurate and up to date.
Production Finance Support: Help monitor budgets, track spending, and support project-level financial needs across our productions.
AP / AR & Cash Flow: Assist with processing invoices and expenses, maintaining vendor records, and helping support healthy cash flow throughout the company.
Compliance & Systems: Contribute to internal controls, audits, and system optimization by helping maintain structure and support scalable financial processes.
What You’ll Need to Bring to the Table:
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, demonstrating your formal training and understanding of core accounting principles.
Experience: 5+ years of accounting experience—preferably within entertainment, production, or a vendor-heavy environment.
Technical Skills: A solid understanding of GAAP and proficiency with tools like QuickBooks, Bill.com, Ramp, and Excel.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
Adaptability: Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where priorities can shift.
Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with creative, operations, and production teams.
The salary for this position is $120k-$140k annually, depending on experience.
